Daniel Sherred
As its owner and visionary, Daniel Sherred oversees business development and the daily operations of White Stone Healthcare Resources. Dan has worked in the healthcare industry for over 40 years, with experience ranging from clinic, hospital, and medical center management to health plan management and clinical staffing. With a passion for customer service, Dan guides White Stone in its mission and values, ensuring client expectations are routinely exceeded. Dan served in the U.S. Air Force for 23 years, first as an enlisted personnel specialist, and then as a Medical Service Corps officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Management from Texas State University, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Ohio State University. Dan has been a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) since 1995 and a Professional in the Academy of Healthcare Management since 1999. He has been married since 1996 and has one daughter. He enjoys teaching 3rd grade Sunday School, participating in competitive sports, and the study
of leadership.

I will miss you all so much! You both have created a company/ family that is warm, welcoming, professional, capable, and functions, as a whole, with excellence. White Stone is a force to be reckoned with, and that is because of the quality of the individuals working there as well as the drive, focus, and sincerity of its leadership. Both you and Dan are incredible as a team as well as individually. It is your leadership example that I hope to emulate in my future career after I have obtained my degree.

I was sent a chart with the breakdown of categories (org chart). It had the employees at the top with corporate at the bottom. I thought that was so interesting and it’s never been shown to me that way. I was blown away … so impressed. As I began working, I saw the communications from Ruth, and Julie and realized it was really true. The team knows they can call Julie whenever they have questions, any time. They know the corporate team cares and wants to make sure they have what they need.
